The most medical boxes set up and then toppled in 30 seconds is 27 and was achieved by Mohammed Aboelgadayel (Egypt) at the Al Othain Mall, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on the 23 September 2019.
The participant took part in the penultimate Challenge Arena show on the last day of a 3-day series of GWRLive! events. In his first Official Attempt, despite successfully standing 26 medical boxes, he injudiciously flicked one of the boxes sideways which resulted in only 4 boxes toppling. However, on his second Official Attempt he successfully stacked and toppled 27 boxes.
