Di Grassi matched Buemi’s career tally of 13 race wins with victory in Round 2 of the London ePrix on 31 July 2022. He also won Formula’s E first-ever race, in Beijing. Buemi’s first victory occurred in the third-ever Formula E race, the 2014 Punta del Este ePrix in Uruguay. The 2015/16 Formula E world champion won his 13th race at the New York City ePrix on 13 July 2019.
