The most times to put on and remove a t-shirt while controlling a football with the head is 164 and was achieved by Agim Agushi (Kosovo), in Shkoder, Albania, on 6 May 2021.

Agim is the previous record holder for this title and managed to better his record by 8!

Agim said he trained several times a week, and says the training was difficult and challenging.

"There were many moments I hated it, but had to motivate myself to move on. I would remind myself of the pleasure of holding a Guinness World Records title".

When asked what challenges he faced on the day, Agim stated that there were a few.

"In the early reps, there was one occasion were I almost mixed the hand opening for the collar (neck opening), but had to figure it out while not being able to lower my head to look at the t-shirt".

He also said the attempt was a very sweaty affair, which made the removal of the t-shirt increasingly difficult.

However, despite these challenges, Agim pushed through and managed to eventually achieve the Guinness World Records title.
