Square Enix’s long-running RPG franchise Dragon Quest is a phenomenon in Japan, which explains why there was so much excitement when the first Dragon Quest VR game was revealed in April 2018. The game is an arcade-only experience available to play at Bandai Namco’s VR Zone in Shinjuku, Japan. In the game, players battle Smile Slimes and other iconic monsters as a warrior, a mage or a priest.
