The ingredients for this record had to include as a minimum: Long grain rice (parboiled), tomatoes, tomato paste, oil, onion, seasoning, and spices. The rice had to constitute at least 80% of the total weight. Over 16,600 portions of the Nigerian style Jollof rice food were distributed immediately after cooking and also distributed to local communities.
