Most streamed track on Spotify in 24 hours (male)

“Jingle Bell Rock” by Bobby Helms (USA, 1933–97), the song originally released in 1957 that has now become a festive staple for nostalgic streamers each Christmas, logged 18,917,096 plays worldwide on 24 December 2024. Among solo male artists, Helms took the accolade from Harry Styles, who had posted 16,103,849 streams for “As It Was” on 1 April 2022.

Helms is ranked 24th overall – behind numerous Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, Wham! and Brenda Lee entries – for streams by a track in a 24-hour period. He has since registered 18,131,160 plays on 24 December 2025 and 16,344,109 plays on 25 December 2024 – both above Styles’ previous male record of 16,103,849.

As of 16 April 2026, Spotify’s overall one-day streaming champion was “The Fate of Ophelia” by Taylor Swift (USA), with 30,987,370 plays on 3 October 2025.
