Sáblíková has won six titles at 3,000 m (2007, 2012, 2015–16, 2019–20) and 10 titles at 5,000 m (2007–09, 2011–13, 2015–17 and 2019). The ISU World Single Distances Speed Skating Championships were instituted in 1996. Sáblíková has also won five silver medals at the championships.
