According to the most recent annual report from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the world's most popular cosmetic procedure performed by plastic surgeons is breast augmentation, with 1,677,320 surgeries carried out in 2017. In total, 10,766,848 operations were documented by ISAPS, with breast augmentation accounting for 15.6% of all procedures, followed by liposuction (14.6%) and eyelid surgery (12.5%).
