It requires that you defeat Kaos's Evil minion in the Lava Lakes Railway level with only Gill Grunt's Power Hose. Few players have this esteemed trophy next to their name, with just 1.6% of the game's owners unlocking it on the PS3, as of 25 February and according to PSNProfiles.com.
