As part of the Tomb Raider marketing campaign, the musician Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) was commissioned to work alongside then publicity model Rhona Mitra to write and record songs as though composed by Lara Croft. The resulting CD, dubbed ‘Female Icon’, was first published by Naked Music in 1999, and features 11 tracks which include the single ‘Getting Naked’, remixed by renown producer Glen Skinner (Boy George, Debbie Harry). The album is a rarity, as it was only ever released in France in limited quantities.
