The “Master of Miracles” trophy in Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin on PS4 is the rarest non-platinum trophy, according to psnprofiles, with just 4.6% of players unlocking it, as verified on 29 January 2019.

This basically means that “Master of Miracles” it the toughest trophy to unlock in a series that’s chock-full of trophies that are super-tough for even the most seasoned Chosen Undead to win. To unlock the trophy, players need to obtain all 28 miracles (which are magical buffs and offensive elemental spells) in the game. The miracles must be acquired from various different characters, covenants and locations throughout the game world. Some are unique to the DLC (included with the Scholar of the First Sin version on PS4), and some can only be obtained on a New Game+ runthrough.
