Largest serving of breakfast rolls

The largest serving of breakfast rolls is 2,091, achieved by Primo Foods (Australia) at their factory in Wacol, Queensland, Australia, on 18 January 2019.

Over 50 Primo employees from front line factory workers to senior managers helped create the giant serving. Each breakfast roll contained ketchup and/or BBQ sauce, eggs, Primo bacon and were cooked entirely by solar-powered grills. The Primo factory had just launched usage of Australia's largest single solar-panel system, installed on their roof. The weight of the entire serving was 313.65 kg consisting of 2160 eggs and 140 kg of bacon. After the employees tucked into their creation, un-eaten breakfast rolls were immediately handed over to Food Bank Queensland in order to be frozen & re-distributed to those in need.
