Measured over the first three days on sale, the fastest-selling PS4 exclusive videogame is The Last of Us II (2020), with 4.0 million sales.

Following on are Final Fantasy VII Remake (2020, 3.5 million), previous record holder Marvel's Spider-Man (3.3 million), God of War (2018, 3.1 million) and Ghost Tsushima (2020, 2.4 million).
