The largest LEGO® brick ring sundial (supported) measures 2.91 m (9 ft 6 in) in diameter and 0.8 m (2 ft 7 in) in thickness, and was achieved by Playable Design (China) in Beijing, China, on 1 October 2018.


The attempt took more than three months of elaborate preparation and design, with more than 45,000 pieces of LEGO DUPLO® used to build the structure. It was exhibited during the Beijing International Design Week.
