Migos (USA) tied The Beatles’ (UK) record for the most simultaneous hits on the Billboard Hot 100 with 14 tracks on the chart dated 10 February 2018. The rap trio from Lawrenceville, Georgia, took a share of a record that had stood since 11 April 1964, when The Beatles packed 14 songs into the US singles chart one week after the UK quartet’s historic domination of the entire Top 5.

The overall record belongs to Drake, whose 27 tracks on the Hot 100 of 14 July 2018 broke his own record of 24, set on 8 April 2017.

In the same week (10 February 2018), Migos debuted at No.1 on the US albums chart (the Billboard 200) with their third studio album, Culture II. Thirteen of the group’s 14 entries on the Hot 100 were from Culture II, with “I Get the Bag” (Gucci Mane feat. Migos) the odd track out at No.37.
