The largest tape mosaic (image) measures 39.86 m² (429 ft² 7 in²) and was achieved by Morisia Tsudanuma Management Center (Japan) in Narashino, Chiba, Japan, on 22 January 2025.
The tape mosaic was created to commemorate the closing of Morisia Tsudanuma shopping mall on 30 March 2025. Over the course of two weeks, a total of 342 Morisia staff and shoppers gathered to contribute to the mosaic, which is composed of 15,968 individual tape pieces. The mascots in the design, Tsudanun and Narashido, represent Morisia Tsudanuma shopping mall and Narashino City respectively.
