Players of the 2D fast-paced platformer had 4,840 recorded runs on Speedrun.com from its release on 25 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 – that was more than even last year's most speedrun game Super Mario Odyssey (Nintendo, 2017), that slipped to second in 2018 with 4,265 recorded runs.
