Highest virtual slide

Visitors to London's iconic skyscraper The Shard in London, UK, in 2017 were able to test their nerve at two VR experiences with height-fright themes. The virtual games were located on the open-air Skydeck of The Shard, adding to the sense of complete immersion. In "Vertigo", players attempt to balance along girders with terrifying views of the city far below. In "The Slide", volunteers sit in a sled that whooshes along a helter-skelter slide constructed around The Shard and positioned 800 ft above London.
