Largest charcuterie platter/board

The largest charcuterie board is 500.626 kg and was achieved by Michel et Augustin (France) in Paris, France, on 8 July 2026

The attempt took place at the headquarters of the French food brand Michel et Augustin and celebrated the tradition of the apéritif. The board featured seven varieties of charcuterie (Coppa, Chorizo, Bayonne ham, saucisson sec, cooked ham, Serrano ham and Rosette), seven cheeses (Comté, Beaufort, Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, Roquefort, Ossau-Iraty, Cantal and Parmigiano Reggiano), five preserves, and 11 varieties of fruits and vegetables, showcasing France's Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) products.
