The youngest female snowboarding medallist at a Winter Olympics is Julia Pereira De Sousa Mabileau (France, b. 20 September 2001), who won silver in the women’s snowboard cross at the 2018 Winter Olympics on 16 February aged 16 years 149 days.
De Sousa Mabileau beat the record set by Chloe Kim, who took gold in the women’s halfpipe aged 17 years 296 days just three days earlier.
