Alejandro Sanz (Spain) has won four Latin Grammys in the Song of the Year category, in 2001–02 and 2004–05. Respectively, the winning songs were: "El Alma al Aire", "Y Sólo Se Me Ocurre Amarte", "No Es lo Mismo" and " Tú No Tienes Alma". Additionally, in 2006, songwriters Shakira and Luis F Ochoa won for “La Tortura”, a single featuring Sanz as co-vocalist with Shakira.
In the same years, all five tracks also collected the Record of the Year prize at the Latin Grammy Awards.
