The most gold medals won at a Winter Olympics by a snowboarder is three, by Shaun White (USA) in the men’s halfpipe in 2006, 2010 and 2018. On his final run at Pyeongchang 2018, White landed back-to-back 1440s – the first time he had done so in competition – to record a winning score of 97.75.
White’s win at Pyeongchang 2018 provided the USA with its 100th gold at the Winter Olympics.
