Ireland's "JigzawTwitch" completed Capcom's gruesome survival-horror Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (2017), while playing its ridiculously tough "Madhouse" difficulty mode, in 1 hour 39 minutes 31 seconds. The PC player's any% run – accomplished on 30 April 2017 and verified by Speedrun.com – stands despite stiff competition from other gamers, including the second-placed Carcinogen (USA), who posted a time of 1 hour 40 minutes 38 seconds on 16 January 2018.
