The record for most Pokémon evolutions is held by Eevee, who had just three evolutions in Pokémon Red and Blue (Nintendo, 1996). As of Pokémon X and Y (Nintendo, 2013), however, Eevee had a total of eight evolutions. These include the water-type Vaporeon, the dark-type Umbreon and the fairy-type Sylveon.
