Destiny 2 (Activision, 2017) players "TryHardJoe", "bran", "MikeE", "Edwardc4", "Meowlight" and "SpRoKiTs24" became the first fireteam to defeat the Curse of Osiris expansion's raid lair, "Eater of Worlds". Their achievement was confirmed by the game's developer, Bungie, via Twitter 12:01PM BST on 8 December 2017. It took the team just two hours to complete the raid lair – a raid lair being a shortened version of a regular raid. By comparison Destiny 2's main raid, "Leviathan", was defeated in six hours by fireteam, "The Legend Himself".
