To determine the world's most elegant city, online fashion site Zalando measured and analysed 400 cities based on an assessment of three key categories: "Fashion Factors", "Urban Factors" and "Accessibility". Owing to its history of fashion and architecture, Paris was placed atop of the world's most elegant city list with a final rating of 4.37 (out of 5). Not far behind the French capital were the cities of London (4.16), Vienna (4.13) and Venice (4.12). The judging panel included 5,000 experts on fashion and architecture.
