The fastest 10 m holding a balloon between the knees is 3.91 seconds and was achieved by Rickard Sjöberg (Sweden), on Postkodmiljonären, in Gothenburg, Sweden, on 24 November 2025.

To celebrate 20 years of Postkodmiljonären, host Rickard Sjöberg was given a handful of surprises, including the challenge of breaking a Guinness World Records title - something he had always wanted to achieve. Although Rickard was not confident he would beat the required time of 5.87 seconds, he surprised himself with his speed and coordination. Rickard has hosted the show for 20 years and he attempted this title immediately after his first surprise attempt for 'Most capital cities named whilst on a rollercoaster in one minute' in which he teamed up with Swedish memory athlete, Jonas von Essen.
