Lisa Blair (Australia) sailed around Antarctica in 92 days 18 hours 21 minutes 22 seconds in her 50-ft (15.2-m) monohull Climate Action Now, from 21 February to 25 May 2022. She is only the third adventurer to have completed the gruelling journey, which starts and finishes at Albany, Western Australia. Blair reduced the previous record by more than nine days. The feat won her the Antarctica Cup Ocean Race, a 25,920-km (14,000-nautical‑mile) round trip of the continent, for which she was awarded the Perpetual Trophy.

Blair endured winds of around 50-knots (92 km/h; 57.5 mph), along with waves as high as three storeys. But, as indicated by her vessel's name, her expedition also had an environmental aspect to it. Climate Action Now was equipped with an array of scientific equipment, enabling her to take samples of water in the rarely explored Southern Ocean that could be studied for their microplastic content, along with carbon dioxide and salinity levels. This involved a collaboration with the Australian Institute of Marine Science and Integrated Marine Observing System.
