Most unique players logged into a Minecraft server

As of 24 August 2017, a total of 11,982,298 unique accounts had logged into the Hypixel server network. According to a spokesperson Hypixel, this number generally increases by 7–8K per day. He added: "There are 26,588,999 total Minecraft Java accounts, so that means around 45% of all Minecraft Java accounts have logged into Hypixel at least once. Pretty crazy!" Hypixel was created by "Rezzus" and the Canadian YouTuber and map-maker "Hypixel" and launched in 2013.

Hypixel also holds records for most popular Minecraft server and most popular independent server for a videogame, both based on concurrent players.
