The largest balloon mosaic formed by people (image) consists of 399 people, and was achieved by Changsha IFS (China) in Changsha, Hunan, China, on 7 May 2021.
The balloon mosaic measures 12 m long and 11 m wide. The image was designed by Yue Minjun, an artist who is famous for his oil paintings depicting unique laughing faces.
