Initially released into closed beta on 26 January 2013, Dungeon Realms is a fantasy MMORPG created and hosted inside Mojang's sandbox blockbuster Minecraft. As of 11 July 2017, the game was still going strong (following a relaunch in September 2015) and had reported more than 100,000 unique players since its beginning. It was originally founded and developed by "Availer" and "Vaquxine".

The game was first announced on 8 September 2012 when its website opened. It was relaunched by the DestinyMC Network in September 2015.
