The largest fidget spinner is 1.60 m (5 ft 3 in) in length, and was achieved by Endel Engie (France) in Saint-Pierre-Des-Corps, France, on 3 June 2019.
The record was attempted as part of a competition run by one of Endel Engie's customers. The competition was to design the 'nicest' fidget spinner. Instead of designing and building a pretty fidget spinner, Endel Engie Engie decided to build the largest.
They used the biggest ball bearings manufactured at their plant. The ball bearings are typically used in wind turbines but Endel Engie managed to find a fun alternative purpose.
