Delio Onnis (Argentina, b. Italy) scored 299 goals in Division 1 from 1972 to 1986, playing for Stade de Reims, AS Monaco, FC Tours and Sporting Club Toulon. He was the league top scorer five times: in 1974–75, three times consecutively in 1979–82, and again in 1983–84.
