Euro Truck Simulator 2 (SCS Software, 2012) and Grand Theft Auto V (Rockstar, 2013) both hold two Steam Awards each, as voted by the platform's global PC gaming community. At Steam's inaugural annual awards in December 2016, Euro Truck Simulator 2 won gongs in the self-explanatory categories “I Thought This Game Was Cool Before It Won An Award” and “Sit Back and Relax”. Meanwhile in the same awards, GTA V won in the categories “Whoooaaaaaaa, dude!”, which celebrates a game's ability to "blow minds", and “Game Within A Game”, which recognizes the best mini-games within a game.
