Shamma bint Suhail bin Faris Al Mazrui, aged 22, was appointed as the UAE's "Minister of State for Youth Affairs" in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's new cabinet, announced in February 2016, thus making her the youngest cabinet member in the world.
