Highest-scoring single game in the Rocket League Grand Finals (eSports)

The Rocket League Grand Finals are the pinnacle of the official competitive Rocket League season – effectively the World Cup of Psyonix's vehicular soccer game. At the Season 1 Grand Finals of the Rocket League eSports season on 7 August 2016, FlipSid3 Tactics and The Flying Dutchmen competed in a single game that finished 8–2 to FlipSid3 Tactics. It was the highest-scoring game ever recorded at the Grand Finals prior to its third showpiece tournament, which are taking place some time in 2017.

As of 5 January 2017, the most goals scored in a single game of the overall Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) season is 11, which had been achieved by six teams. The RLCS is the larger competition building up to the Grand Finals.
