Fastest time to assassinate an "Elusive Target" in Hitman

For its episodic Hitman game (2016), developer Io-Interactive introduced a new "Elusive Target" feature, in which gamers had a one-off opportunity to eliminate a special target in a limited time-frame with little in-game assistance. As of 4 January 2017, the Elusive Target to be picked off the quickest was Nila "The Pharmacist" Torvik on the game's Paris level. This deadly pharmaceuticals scientist, linked to ambiguous human experiments in the third world, was assassinated by the player "LiGHTz OuTT 504" on 16 September 2016 in an incredible time of just 19 seconds. The player took a right-turn through the mansion's front garden, threw an explosive rubber duck in front of the target, then triggered it while casually exiting through the nearby front gate.
