Nordic combined events comprise a ski jump followed by a cross-country ski race. Frenzel won silver in the team large hill/4 x 5 km event at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics to take his Olympic tally to seven – three golds, two silver and two bronze. Felix Gottwald won three gold medals, one silver and three bronze across three Games.
