Most cars in an eighth-generation platform racing videogame

With 460 cars, Forza Motorsport 6 has the largest number of vehicles in any racing game made for an eighth-generation platform.

Although this total of 460 is significantly fewer than the 1,237 cars from 109 different manufacturers in Gran Turismo 6 (2013), the mix of old and new vehicles – which extend back to the 1939 Maserati 8CTF and go all the way to the 2017 Ford GT – is impressive nevertheless.
