Despite taking the average gamer a good 20 hours to savour its mystical storyline, Bethesda's steampunk thriller Dishonored 2 had already been completed in 30 minutes by top speed-runners less than a fortnight after the game's 11 November 2016 release. The fastest completion as the male character Corvo Attano was 26 minutes 44 seconds, achieved by "bjurnie" of the Netherlands on 15 February 2017 – as verified by Speedrun.com.
