The most appearances by a forward in the National Rugby League is 430, achieved by hooker Cameron Smith (Australia) for the Melbourne Storm from 13 April 2002 to 25 October 2020. This is also the all-time NRL appearance record.
Cameron Smith retired after the end of the 2020 NRL season, following an 18-year career in which he recorded the most appearances (430), points (2,786) and wins (310). He won the NRL Premiership five times with the Storm, although their titles from 2007 and 2009 were later stripped on account of salary-cap breaches.
