Gongen Wyzen from Capcom's fantastical fighter Asura's Wrath (2012) is the largest boss in a videogame. The celestial, god-like being is fought twice, but it's during the second encounter that he grows beyond the size of the fictional planet Gaia. In his final form, he becomes so cosmically gigantic that players literally have to fight the deity's fingertips, which are virtually indiscernible at extreme close-range. Presuming Gaia is the same size as Earth and based on Earth's diameter being 7,917.5 miles, his height would likely be between 1 and 1.5 times the diameter of Earth, which is roughly 8,000–12,000 miles. GamesRadar agrees, assessing Gongen Wyzen's height to be up to 41 million feet tall, which is 7,765 miles. During the fight, players never see the deity's bottom half.
