Heaviest weighted hip thrust
  • This record is for the heaviest weighted hip thrust.
  • This record is to be attempted by an individual.
  • This record is measured in kilograms (to the nearest 0.01 kg), with the equivalent measurement given in pounds and ounces.
  • For the purpose of this record, a 'hip thrust' is performed as follows: Laying with your back supported by a raised surface with the feet and backside touching the ground. A weighted barbell must be held across the hips and the hips must then be raised enough for the body to be in a straight position - i.e. no bend at the hips. The knees should then be at a 90 degree angle.
