The most people down an ice slide in one hour is 405 and was achieved by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the Ministry of Culture (both Mongolia), organised by Mongolia Tourism Organization (Mongolia) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, on 14 January 2024.
This attempt was for celebration of the 1st Mazaalai International Ice and Snow Festival and for boosting winter tourism of Mongolia. The key message of the campaign is about 'SaveMazaalai' and the aim is to draw attention to save the Gobi bear.
