Luis had to stop going to the gym because of the Covid-19 pandemic. So first he started running for an hour every other day. Then, he developed a home-based exercise routine, which includes jumping jacks, abdominals and push ups.

After noticing that Luis had developed a very good body endurance, Luis and his family realised that he ready to achieve a Guinness World Records title!
