Most runs scored by a team in a five-match One-Day International series

Hosts England scored 1,617 runs in their five-match One-Day International (ODI) series against New Zealand on 9–20 June 2015.

Visitors New Zealand scored 1,534 runs in the series, and the teams' combined total of 3,151 runs was the most runs scored by teams in a One-Day International series.

Highlights of the series, which England won 3-2, included England's highest ever score in an ODI (408 for 9 in the first match at Edgbaston) and their highest successful run chase in an ODI (350 for 3 in the fourth match at Trent Bridge), and there were tons for England's Jos Buttler, Joe Root (2) and Eoin Morgan, and New Zealand's Ross Taylor (2) and Kane Williamson.

The series featured the most boundaries in a five-match ODI series (390), including 209 by England - the most by one team in a five-match ODI series.
