As of 12 February 2019, 25-year-old Tony “LethuL” Campbell (USA), is the highest-earning Halo 5: Guardians (2015, Microsoft) player ever, having earned $578,975 (£448,859) in total from playing the videogame professionally at various tournaments and competitive events over the course of his career, according to the Esportsearnings website.

“LethuL” also happens to be the highest-earning Halo player of all time. He currently plays for team OpTic Gaming, but has won events as a member of seven different teams: Vicious Intent, Sicker Than Yo Average, Infamous, Believe the Hype, Evil Geniuses, Counter Logic Gaming, and OpTic Gaming.

His most recent tournament win was at Dreamhack Atlanta 2018 (Halo) (18 November 2018), where he earned $30,000.00 (£23,270.55). His biggest single career win was for Halo World Championship 2016 (20 March 2016), where he collected $250,000.00 (£193,868.75).
