- For the purpose of this record, a standing ab wheel roll is defined as follows: the ab wheel must be placed at the feet, with the arms and legs completely straight. While keeping the body straight throughout but tilting the pelvis backwards, the ab wheel is pushed forward until the body is parallel to the ground. The body is then pulled back to the original position with the ab wheel at the feet. This counts as one repetition.
