Most videogames endorsed by a professional athlete

As of January 2016, the American skateboarder Tony Hawk had endorsed a total of 19 videogames for his Pro Skater videogame series, which was published by Activision. This figure includes spin-offs, remakes and reimagined ports. The total narrowly beats the 18 PGA Tour videogames endorsed by the golfer Tiger Woods for Electronic Arts. The most recent videogame released under the Tony Hawk name was Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 in September 2015.

There have been more videogames endorsed by John Madden, but John Madden never played sport professionally. Instead, he made his name as a successful NFL head coach and then commentator.
