Most powerful Marvel character

According to Marvel's "Powergrid" index, which rates each of its 1,270 super-beings (both heroes and villains) on a scale of one to seven across six key criteria, seven of its characters share the title of most powerful being, as of 8 January 2016. Captain Britain (aka Brian Braddock), Galactus (aka Galan), Lady Deathstrike (aka Yuriko Oyama), Jean Grey, Odin, Onslaught and Phoenix all max out the Powergrid across the fields of Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Durability, Energy Projection and Fighting Skills.

The six criteria in the Marvel Powergrid are: Intelligence: ability to think and process information Strength: ability to lift weight Speed: ability to move over land by running or flight Durability: ability to resist or recover from bodily injury Energy projection: ability to discharge energy Fighting skills: proficiency in hand-to-hand combat.
